With growth of network size and increase in demand of telecom companies, the system/server maintenance became more and more essential. NAK Localization center established to present maintenance services for management of repairing and distributing of spare parts to the project sites by making maximum use of the technical knowledge, potential, available facilities in the country and cooperating with experienced foreign contractors to solve failure of the sites in the shortest possible time. Integrated and global management of warehouses, optimization, identification of weak points and strengths of modules and units through localization, reverse engineering, design and simulation, self-sufficiency in the field of licenses, software and needed tools.
One of the most distinguished features of our company is 24-hour availability and keep the project site maintained in the field of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technology.

Importance of the project
Considering the high price and complexity of the process of supplying units and equipment needed by the network, repairing and optimizing the existing units and distributing them optimally in the shortest possible time and with the highest quantity and quality in order to maintain the network, increase customer satisfaction and saving cost is extremely important. In addition to use modern technology and qualified materials, we have always sought to bring together the best experts in this profession so that we can present our services with high quality. Our company comprised from 5 departments of localization, repairment, Quality control, warehouse and calibration:  

    • Design and optimization department:
        ◦ Optimization of all types of defective telecommunication units such as RRU (FXDB, FRHF, FXED, …), Low power and high-power repeaters, all types of power modules and transmission units using modern and advanced telecommunication and electronic equipment
        ◦ Troubleshooting, optimization, identification of weaknesses and strengths of modules and units through localization, reverse engineering, design and simulation, coding in order to increase the efficiency and life period of network equipment and reduce failures.

    • Repair department:
        ◦ Repair of all types of defective telecommunication units with repair capacity of 1200 units per month from different vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Siemens, etc.)
        ◦ Using the power and technical knowledge of domestic and foreign well experienced experts in the field of equipment product and repair.

    • Quality control department:
        ◦ Test and quality control of repaired equipment and electronic elements by updated and advanced devices and instruments at ON AIR site in the network for Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei vendors for all available technologies (Frequency band 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz and 2600 MHz) Documenting the test and repair method of network units.

    • Warehouse and distribution department:
        ◦ Distribution of spare units required by the sites of the country in the shortest possible time according to the logistics capacity of the country 7*24.
        ◦ Fast providing of delivered units in harmony with reception of failure unit.
        ◦ Packaging of distribution units in accordance with international standards to prevent any damages
        ◦ The possibility of saving and storing of spare units by providing online inventory and using updated web-based tools
        ◦ Logistic according to high-tech conditions in warehouses with standard arrangement, layout and considering environmental conditions
        ◦ Optimizing space usage by racking solution
        ◦ The possibility of coding and labeling items for basic tracking
        ◦ The possibility of creating hub warehouses in the country to accelerate the distribution of units and provide integrated warehouse management solutions
        ◦ The possibility of implementing ERP and SAP systems in the warehousing and logistics department
        ◦ The possibility of implementing improvement projects and minimizing warehousing and logistics costs
It should be noted that now the storage and distribution of spare parts in the whole country, with an average of distributing 1300 units and receiving 1300 units per month, is managed by the logistics team of NAK localization center.

    • Calibration:
        ◦ Providing calibration services using hardware and software platforms, in order to compare and diagnose the correct function of devices and equipment with existing ISO17025 standards.
        ◦ Organizing the metrological parameters of measurement devices and assembly equipment in order to improve the quality of design, repair, test and measurement processes of required equipment.
        ◦ Increasing the variety of up-to-date and standard service portfolio.
        ◦ Cooperation with research centers, universities, industries, operators and different telecommunication centers in order to provide calibration services.
        ◦ Provide calibration certificate from authorized organization
